Building Audits for Community Buildings

Cambridgeshire ACRE is committed to ensuring that local communities have the best possible community facilities.

We seek to support management committees who are looking to undertake improvements to their community building. Where to start and what to do first is the biggest question that management committees have to consider.

A building audit report by Cambridgeshire ACRE sets out the work required and provides a set of options that will enable management committees to make timely and cost effective decisions about their buildings.

To complete the audit, we undertake an inspection visit and produce a full report including recommendations for steps to be taken to improve building usage (e.g. adaptations) and possible sources of funding.
