Play Area Inspections

Continued good management of play areas and the provision of high quality inspection and maintenance programmes are essential if safe opportunities for children to play creatively are to be preserved.

We offer:

• A quarterly operational inspection service that provides a detailed inspection of the equipment. A written report is provided identifying certain types of minor wear and tear and making recommendations for any maintenance or remedial work needed.
• A monthly inspection log service where we create a ‘Log’ tailored for your play area to facilitate the management carrying out its own routine inspections. We can also train your designated person(s) in how to conduct the monthly inspection. In addition we will supply a short checklist to facilitate play area operators carrying out a daily or weekly visual check.
• A post-installation inspection service which offers an independent inspection before the play area operator signs the paperwork for the play area to be handed over from the installer.

Our inspector is fully insured and accredited by the Register of Play Inspectors International which certifies that he has the required level of knowledge and competence to carry out inspections.

Cost: Quarterly and post-installation inspections from £50 per play area / Inspection logs from £150.
