Cambridgeshire ACRE are currently recruiting for:

 

LINk Facilitator (Health) - part-time, 22 hours per week (£22,845 per annum pro rata).

 

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the effective delivery of the LINk programme, able to facilitate and support all aspects of the work of the Cambridgeshire LINk which is a wide network of local people, groups and organisations that encourage the involvement of all sections of the community in decision making about the planning and operation of local health and social care services.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2011, based at our office at Crown Street, St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
